Given how important it is that The Finance Foundation acts as an independent voice on any debate relating to the financial services industry, it is vital that our funding is either from sources that are also deemed impartial or come from such a diverse range of sources that no funder could possibly have an undue influence. We therefore seek funding from financial institutions but also from a broad range of other sources including non-financial companies, individuals and charities.

Research funding

The Finance Foundation actively seeks fully-funded research projects from sponsors, which will be authored and researched by our associates or by analysts on a contractual basis as necessary. The Finance Foundation retains full editorial control and intellectual property of all research projects, and any research project must be in line with our stated mission and objectives. Please contact Andrew Freeman at This email address is being protected from spambots.
